Former NBA player Orlando Woolridge arrested for theft

DETROIT, Dec. 21 (UPI) -- Drew Brees passed for 351 yards and two scores Sunday, helping New Orleans romp to a 42-7 win over Detroit -- the first NFL team to start a season 0-15.
The Saints scored 14 points in each of the first three quarters.
Brees's touchdown throws, both in the third quarter, went to Marques Colston.
Pat Thomas gained 77 yards on 13 carries and was one of four running backs with a touchdown.
Safety Josh Bullocks made a team-leading 10 tackles (eight solo) for the Saints (8-7), who were eliminated from the NFC playoff picture after last week's 27-24 overtime loss at Chicago.
Detroit scored on Kevin Smith's 1-yard, second-quarter run.
Calvin Johnson caught four passes for 64 yards for the Lions.
