KANSAS CITY, Mo., Dec. 21 (UPI) -- Chad Pennington's 14-yard touchdown pass to Anthony Fasano with 4:08 to play was the game-winner Sunday in a 38-31 Miami victory over the Kansas City Chiefs.

Pennington had three scoring tosses, two of them to Fasano, in a game played in temperatures that hovered near 10 degrees.

The Dolphins (10-5) have won four straight games and remained at least tied for first-place in the AFC East.

Tyler Thigpen passed for 320 yards and two touchdowns, but was intercepted three times, for the Chiefs (2-13). He also ran for a score.
