AUSTIN, Texas, Dec. 13 (UPI) -- A.J. Abrams scored 30 points Saturday to lead the sixth-ranked Texas Longhorns to an 81-73 victory over the Texas State Bobcats.

Damion Jones and Dexter Pittman each had 17 points, with Pittman getting 10 rebounds and James nine for the Longhorns (8-1), who won for the fifth straight time.

Cameron Johnson scored 26 points and Brent Benson had 18 points and six rebounds for Bobcats (3-5).
