EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J., Dec. 7 (UPI) -- Bryant Westbrook score twice while piling up 205 all-purpose yards Sunday to fuel Philadelphia's 23-17 win over the New York Giants.
The versatile running back finished with 133 rushing yards on 31 carries and 72 receiving yards on six receptions. His touchdowns came on a 30-yard, second-quarter run and a 40-yard, fourth-quarter pass reception from Donovan McNabb.
David Akers overcame two blocked kicks to boot two field goals, while McNabb completed 19-of-30 passes for 191 yards for the Eagles, who have won two in a row to keep their slim playoff hopes alive.
New York's Eli Manning completed 13-for-27 for 123 yards, one touchdown and no interceptions.
Kevin Dockery scored on a 71-yard run after a blocked field goal just before halftime, and Brandon Jacobs was held to 52 yards on 10 carries for the Giants, whose even-game winning streak ended in the first loss at home this season.
