INDIANAPOLIS, Dec. 7 (UPI) -- Ray Allen scored 35 points and nailed a key three-pointer in overtime Sunday, giving Boston a 122-117 win over Indiana, the Celtics' 12th straight victory.
Regulation ended in a 105-105 tie after Boston's Paul Pierce sank a dramatic three-pointer with 7 seconds left in the fourth period.
Kevin Garnett scored 17 with 20 rebounds, Rajon Rondo scored 17 with six rebounds, seven assists and four steals, and Pierce scored 17 with eight rebounds. Eddie House scored 15 points, Tony Allen 12, while Kendrick Perkins added 11 with seven rebounds for the Celtics, who have won five of six against the Pacers.
Marquis Daniels led Indiana with 26 points, seven rebounds and four assists. Danny Granger scored 20 with six assists, Jarrett Jack scored 17 points, Troy Murphy had 15 points and six rebounds, while Rasho Nesterovic added 14 points in the Pacers' third straight loss.
