Gomez leads Argentine after three rounds

BUENOS AIRES, Dec. 6 (UPI) -- Fabian Gomez, a regular on the Nationwide Tour, shot a 7-under 64 Saturday to take a one-stroke lead after three rounds of the Argentine Masters.

Gomez completed 54 holes at 9-under 204.

Eduardo Romero, the reigning U.S. Senior Open champion who shared the lead entering round three, posted a 69 Saturday and shared second place at 205 with Stuart Anderson (68).

Former U.S. Open champion Angel Cabrera (68) is fourth at 206.
