LOS ANGELES, Dec. 2 (UPI) -- Matt Stajan and Mikhail Grabovski scored power-play goals 81 seconds apart in the third period Monday, lifting Toronto to a 3-1 win over Los Angeles.

Vesa Toskala turned aside 32 shots, including 26 over the final two periods as the Maple Leafs won for the second time since Brian Burke took over as general manager. They had lost five straight before that.

Jeff Finger added an empty-net goal for the final margin.

The Kings' goal came from Alexander Frolov on Los Angeles' first shot of the game. Jason LaBarbera made 27 saves as the Kings' two-game win streak came to an end.

The Leaf got their power-play chances when Sean O'Donnell and Dustin Brown were called for tripping in the first 2 minutes of the third.
