NHL: Anaheim 4, Carolina 1

RALEIGH, N.C., Nov. 30 (UPI) -- Anaheim scored three third-period goals, two by Rob Niedermayer, and won its fourth straight game Sunday, a 4-1 decision over the Carolina Hurricanes.

Teemu Selanne notched a power-play goal that broke a 1-1 tie with 12:44 to play and Niedermayer scored twice in a span of a little more than 6 minutes.

Ryan Getzlaf recorded the other Anaheim goal and Carolina's Mat Cullen scored, both in the first period. Getzlaf also posted a pair of assists.

Jonas Hiller blocked 36 shots, including 17 in a scoreless second period, for his third straight victory.
