Maier wins 54th World Cup ski race

LAKE LOUISE, Alberta, Nov. 30 (UPI) -- Austria's Hermann Maier won the super-G at Lake Louise, Alberta, Sunday, his 54th World Cup victory.

Maier has won 24 super-G races on the world tour.

Marco Sullivan of the United States team placed fifth.
