LOS ANGELES, Nov. 30 (UPI) -- Mark Sanchez passed for 267 yards and two touchdowns Saturday, pacing fifth-ranked Southern California's 38-3 win over Notre Dame.

Joe McKnight led the Trojans' rushing attack with 63 yards and a touchdown on just four carries. C.J. Gable and Stafon Johnson each added a TD for USC (10-1), which has won eight straight games.

USC can wrap up the Pac-10 with a victory over UCLA next weekend.

Sanchez, who hit on 22-of-31 passes with two interceptions, threw touchdown passes to Damian Williams and Patrick Turner, who posted 86 and 83 receiving yards, respectively.

The USC defense gave up only 91 total yards and four first downs. Notre Dame quarterback Jimmy Clausen had only 41 passing yards on 11-of-22 completions.
