KANSAS CITY, Mo., Nov. 29 (UPI) -- A fourth down touchdown pass by Todd Reesing with 27 seconds remaining Saturday helped Kansas edge 11th-ranked archrival Missouri 40-37.

Reesing completed 37-of-51 passes for 375 yards with four touchdowns and two interceptions in snowy conditions at Kansas City's Arrowhead Stadium.

The wild, regular season-ending contest featured four lead changes in the fourth quarter, and a 54-yard field goal try by Missouri's Jeff Wolpert on its final play was short after it was partially blocked.

Kerry Meier caught the game-winning scoring pass and finished with two scores on 14 catches for 106 yards.

Dezmon Briscoe scored once on nine catches for 115 yards for the Jayhawks (7-5, 4-4 Big 12), who stopped their two-game losing streak.

Missouri's Chase Daniel went 25-of-41for 288 yards, four touchdowns and two interceptions.

He also ran for 103 yards on nine carries, while Jeremy Maclin totaled 155 yards (123 rushing and 32 receiving) for the Tigers (9-3, 5-3) will play in next Saturday's Big 12 title game.
