COL FB: Florida 45, Florida State 15

TALLAHASSEE, Fla., Nov. 29 (UPI) -- Tim Tebow passed for three touchdowns and ran for another Saturday, guiding third-ranked Florida to a 45-15 win over No. 24 Florida State.

Tebow, passed for 185 yards and ran for 80 yards. Jeffery Demps ran for 89 yards and a touchdown for the Gators (11-1), who have won eight straight, all by at least 28 points.

Florida will play in the SEC title game next Saturday against top-ranked Alabama. However, the Gators may be without star wide receiver Percy Harvin, who suffered an apparent right ankle injury in the second quarter against Florida State.

Graham Gano had three field goals for the Seminoles (8-4), who had fewer total yards (242) than the Gators had rushing (317).

Florida State's Christian Ponder completed just 5-of-14 passes for 60 yards and was intercepted twice. Drew Weatherford was 4-for-15 for 61 yards, and Jermaine Thomas scored Florida State's only touchdown.
