Josh Heytvelt scored eight points and recorded three of Gonzaga's six blocked shots.
Terrel Harris led OSU with 17 points and eight rebounds.
Obi Muonelo scored 16 with 15 rebounds, while James Anderson added 14 points for the Cowboys (4-1), who lost their previous two contests against the Bulldogs by a combined five points.
