Tommie Harris' wife dies

DALLAS, Nov. 26 (UPI) -- Jason Terry helped lead Dallas to a 109-106 victory over Indiana Tuesday.
Terry scored 16 of his game-high 29 points in a fourth-quarter comeback. It was the first time Coach Rick Carlisle had faced his old team since being fired by the Pacers at the end of the 2006-2007 season.
Also for the Mavericks, who won their fifth straight after starting 0-4, Dirk Nowitzki and Antoine Wright each logged 24 points while Nowitzki also grabbed 12 rebounds. Jason Kidd had 11 points and 13 assists and drained two of his four triples down the stretch.
For Indiana, which has lost five of its last six games, Danny Granger had 22 points and nine rebounds while Troy Murphy posted 21 points and a game-high 14 boards.
