COL BKB: North Carolina 98, Oregon 69

MAUI, Hawaii, Nov. 26 (UPI) -- Tyler Hansbrough scored 16 points, most from fouls, as the top-ranked Tar Heels whipped Oregon 98-69 to reach the championship game of the Maui Invitational.

Danny Green had 21 points and eight rebounds for North Carolina (5-0), which now is set to play eighth-ranked Notre Dame in Wednesday's title game. The Fighting Irish had an 81-80 win over No. 7 Texas earlier Tuesday.

Also for UNC, Wayne Ellington scored 13 points, while Ed Davis had 11 points and 13 rebounds and Deon Thompson had 11 points.
