
ANAHEIM, Calif., Nov. 25 (UPI) -- Teemu Selanne scored a pair of power-play goals and Chris Kunitz and Chris Pronger scored a goal apiece Monday night when the Anaheim Ducks beat Colorado 4-1.
Jean-Sebastien Giguere stopped 29 shots for the Ducks, who have won two straight.
Ian Laperriere scored for the Avalanche, who have lost three of their last four. Peter Budaj made 16 saves on 19 shots, but was removed after two periods for Andrew Raycroft, who allowed on goal on five shots.
Selanne scored his 11th goal this season -- his 200th NHL career power-play score -- midway through the first period. A little over three minutes later, Kunitz scored what turned out to be the decisive goal and then Pronger made it 3-0 Ducks with a goal at 6:51 of the second period.
