COL BKB: Notre Dame 81, Texas 80

MAUI, Hawaii, Nov. 25 (UPI) -- Luke Harangody had 29 points and 13 rebounds Tuesday to lead No. 8 Notre Dame to an 81-80 win over No. 7 Texas in the Maui Invitational final.

Kyle McAlarney had 19 points, and Tory Jackson 16 points, seven assists and five rebounds for Notre Dame (4-0), which faces top-ranked North Carolina or Oregon on Wednesday.

A.J. Abrams scored 23 points, Justin Mason 16 points, and Damion James 11 points and 12 rebounds for Texas (3-1), which won its first three games by double digits.
