Rams hope to get Jackson, Pace back

ST. LOUIS, Nov. 24 (UPI) -- St. Louis Rams Coach Jim Haslett said Monday he hopes to have running back Steven Jackson and offensive tackle Orlando Pace back by Sunday.

Jackson hurt his quadriceps during the Oct. 19 game against Dallas, despite rushing for 160 yards and three touchdowns, and then missed the following week's contest against New England. He returned against Arizona Nov. 2, but has missed the last three games.

Jackson has 525 yards on 128 carries with four touchdowns and has added 25 receptions for 259 yards this season.

Pace suffered an MCL injury that was originally supposed to sideline him for 2-to-4 weeks, but Haslett said he hopes the left tackle will be back Sunday.
