NFL: Tampa Bay 38, Detroit 20

DETROIT, Nov. 23 (UPI) -- Tampa Bay's Jeff Garcia passed for two touchdowns Sunday en route to a 38-20 Buccaneers victory over winless Detroit.

Garcia hit Ike Hilliard on a 36-yard scoring pass and Jeremy Stevens on a 24-yarder.

Clifton Smith scored on a 70-yard punt return, Ronde Barber on a 65-yard interception return and Warrick Dunn on a 13-yard run for Tampa Bay (8-3).

Daunte Culpepper, starting his third game for the Lions (0-11), was just 8-of-20 passing for 121 yards and a touchdown, with two interceptions.
