Tommie Harris' wife dies

DENVER, Nov. 23 (UPI) -- Darren McFadden ran for two touchdowns and the Oakland Raiders snapped a four-game losing streak Sunday by whipping the Denver Broncos 31-10.
McFadden scored on 1-yard runs -- one in the third quarter and the other in the fourth. Johnnie Lee Higgins returned a punt 89 yards for another touchdown for Oakland (3-8).
The Raiders' JaMarcus Russell connected on 10-of-11 passes for 152 yards and hit Ashley Lelie with a 4-yard touchdown toss.
Justin Fargas carried 24 times for 107 yards for the Raiders.
Jay Cutler completed fewer than half of his passes (16-of-37) for Denver (6-5).
Peyton Hillis ran for 74 yards and a touchdown on 17 carries for the Broncos.
