Report: Kansas football coach probed

CARSON, Calif., Nov. 23 (UPI) -- Goals by Alejandro Moreno, Chad Marshall and Frankie Hejduk carried the Columbus Crew to the MLS Cup championship Sunday with a 3-1 win over New York.
The teams were tied until Marshall's corner kick in the 53rd minute put the Crew ahead to stay.
John Wolyniec scored for the Red Bulls.
Guillermo Barros Schelotto turned in three assists for Columbus, which claimed its first cup title in the championship match at Carson, Calif.
Schelotto was named the most valuable player of the cup playoffs, adding to the MVP honors he won for the regular season.
