COL BKB: Wisconsin 88, Edwardsville 58

MADISON, Wis., Nov. 19 (UPI) -- Jon Leuer scored 19 points Tuesday to spark 22nd-ranked Wisconsin to an 88-58 bruising of SIU-Edwardsville.

Marcus Landry had 15 points, five rebounds and five blocked shots for the Badgers.

Barry Wellington scored 15 points to lead the Cougars (1-3), who were coming off the first win over a Division I program in school history, an 83-72 triumph over Western Michigan.

The defending Big 10 regular season and tournament champions expanded their lead in a hurry with a 28-12 splurge in the first half.
