NBA: Cleveland 106, New Jersey 82

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J., Nov. 18 (UPI) -- LeBron James had 31 points and eight rebounds Tuesday and the Cleveland Cavaliers cruised to a 106-82 win over the New Jersey Nets.

Delonte West and Mo Williams hit a combined 7-of-8 from 3-point range for the Cavaliers, who have won eight straight games. Cleveland made 10-of-17 three-pointers. West and Williams each had 16 points.

Devin Harris 23 points for the Nets. Brook Lopez had 15 points and 13 rebounds and Vince Carter 12 points and six assists for New Jersey.

Down by three points going into halftime, the Cavaliers started the third quarter on a 12-0 burst with four 3-pointers -- two by Williams and two by West.
