LOS ANGELES, Nov. 16 (UPI) -- J.P. Dumont's power-play goal with 2:28 left to play Saturday night lifted the Nashville Predators to a 3-1 win over Los Angeles.

Jason Arnott also scored and Dan Ellis stopped 33 shots for the Predators, who won their third straight game and finished their road trip with three wins and three losses. Shea Weber got credit for an empty-net goal with less than a minute to play when the Kings' Dustin Brown fired the puck the length of the ice into the LA net.

Michal Handzus scored and Erik Ersberg stopped 19 shots for the Kings, who had come into the game with a four-game winning streak.
