
PITTSBURGH, Nov. 16 (UPI) -- Jeff Reed's third field goal of the game, a 32-yarder with 11 seconds to play, gave the Pittsburgh Steelers an 11-10 win Sunday over San Diego.
No other game in NFL history ended with an 11-10 score.
Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger led a 73-yard drive that set up Reed's game-winner. Roethlisberger completed 31-of-41 passes for 308 yards in a contest that moved the Steelers (7-3) into sole possession of first place in the AFC North, a game ahead of Baltimore.
Willie Parker carried 25 times for 115 yards and Hines Ward pulled in 11 passes for 124 yards for Pittsburgh.
San Diego's Philip Rivers connected on 15-of-26 passes for 162 yards, but was picked off twice.
LaDainian Tomlinson ran 3 yards for a touchdown and totaled 100 yards running and receiving for the Chargers (4-6).
