NFL: New Orleans 30, Kansas City 20

KANSAS CITY, Mo., Nov. 16 (UPI) -- Pierre Thomas ran for a touchdown and accounted for 144 total yards Sunday for New Orleans, helping the Saints defeat Kansas City 30-20.

Thomas rushed for 88 yards and caught four passes for another 56. He scored on a 1-yard run in the third quarter.

Drew Brees passed for 266 yards, including a 47-yard touchdown to Lance Moore, for the Saints (5-5).

More registered eight catches for 102 yards, Deuce McCallister scored on a 1-yard run, and Garrett Hartley kicked field goals of 30, 23 and 35 yards for New Orleans.

Tyler Thigpen connected on 19-of-38 passes for 235 yards and two touchdowns for Kansas City (1-9).

Dwayne Bowe caught both scoring passes, one a 5-yarder and the other covering 6 yards.
