TALLAHASSEE, Fla., Nov. 16 (UPI) -- Montel Harris rushed for 121 yards and a touchdown Saturday to lead Boston College to a 27-17 victory over 19th-ranked Florida State.

Marcellus Bowman returned an interception 87 yards for a touchdown for the Golden Eagles (7-3, 3-3 ACC). Chris Crane passed for 181 yards and a touchdown for the winners.

Christian Ponder passed for 183 yards on 15-of-31 completions for Florida State (7-3, 4-3), but was intercepted three times. He also ran for a touchdown.

The Seminoles were without five players -- all wide receivers -- who Coach Bobby Bowden suspended Friday for their apparent involvement in an on-campus fight earlier in the week.
