NHL: San Jose 6, Calgary 1

SAN JOSE, Calif., Nov. 14 (UPI) -- Joe Pavelski and Milan Michalek had two goals each Thursday and the high-flying San Jose Sharks rolled over Calgary 6-1.

Brian Boucher made 23 saves and did not allow a goal until Michael Cammalleri scored on the power play midway through the third period.

San Jose romped to its 15th victory of the season, two more than any other team in the NHL. The Sharks lead the league in scoring with 63 goals -- six more than Detroit.

Pavelski and Michalek scored 33 seconds apart in the middle of the first period and the Sharks opened a 4-0 lead by the end of the frame. Michalek scored his second goal 1:18 into the second period and Pavelski added a power-play goal 3:35 into the third.

After giving up the game's first four goals, Miikka Kiprusoff was replaced in Calgary's goal by Curtis McElhinney.
