INDIANAPOLIS, Nov. 14 (UPI) -- A career effort from Thaddeus Young Friday brought the Philadelphia 76ers back from a 26-point deficit in the first half to a 94-92 victory over Indiana.
The Pacers were on their way to what would have been a fourth straight victory, only to see the 76ers climb out of a huge hole and win back-to-back games for the first time this season.
Young scored 25 points and grabbed 10 rebounds. Andre Miller added 19 points and Elton Brand had 14 to go with 15 rebounds.
Philadelphia clawed its way within seven points midway through the fourth quarter and then went on a 13-2 run touched off by a jump shot from Brand.
After the 76ers took a four-point lead on two free throws by Young, Danny Granger brought Indiana to within two with 43.2 seconds remaining. Neither team could score the rest of the way. Marquis Daniels missed a three-pointer for the Pacers with 16 seconds remaining.
Granger led Indiana with 18 points and Daniels had 17.
