Tommie Harris' wife dies

GLENDALE, Ariz., Nov. 9 (UPI) -- The Phoenix Coyotes, led by two goals from left wing Mikkel Boedker Saturday night, beat the Florida Panthers 4-1.
Boedker scored in the second and third periods for his first multi-goal game of the season. Olli Jokinen scored unassisted in the third and assisted on right wing Peter Mueller's goal in the second.
Goalie Ilya Bryzgalov surrendered one goal on 27 shots for the Coyotes, who had lost two of three.
Florida got a goal from left wing Richard Zednik at 13:49 of the first period. Goaltender Tomas Vokoun was beaten four times on 39 shots in the Panthers' sixth straight loss.
On the power play, Phoenix went 0-for-7, while the Panthers failed to score on their lone man-advantage opportunity.
