LOS ANGELES, Nov. 6 (UPI) -- Kobe Bryant scored 27 points Wednesday and the Los Angeles Lakers produced a 22-point run in the fourth quarter to down the Los Angeles Clippers 104-86.
The Lakers improved to 4-0 and joined Utah, Atlanta and Detroit as the only unbeaten teams remaining in the NBA.
The Clippers are winless in their five games this season. Washington is the only other team in the league without a victory after both San Antonio and Sacramento won for the first time this year earlier Wednesday.
Cuttino Mobley gave the Clippers an 81-79 lead with 8:01 remaining in the game and they did not manage another point until Al Thornton hit a long-range shot with 56 seconds to play.
Bryant and Lamar Odom both scored six points during the fourth-period surge. Odom finished with 15 and Derek Fisher had 13.
The Clippers got 22 from Thornton and 16 from Tim Thomas.
