NHL: Edmonton 5, Philadelphia 4

PHILADELPHIA, Nov. 2 (UPI) -- Ales Hemsky tallied two goals and an assist for Edmonton Sunday in a 5-4 win over the Philadelphia Flyers.

Erik Cole, Dustin Penner and Sheldon Souray notched the other Oilers' goals and Tom Gilbert chalked up three assists.

Simon Gagne and Mike Knuble each had a goal and assist for Philadelphia, which had won its previous four games.

Edmonton goaltender Dwayne Roloson turned back 22 Flyers shots.

Martin Biron finished with 28 stops for Philadelphia.
