INDIANAPOLIS, Nov. 2 (UPI) -- Indianapolis' Peyton Manning passed for two touchdowns and Adam Vinatieri kicked a late 52-yard field goal Sunday in an 18-15 Colts win over New England.

Manning connected with Anthony Gonzalez on a 12-yard scoring pass in the first quarter and hit Gonzalez again on a 9-yarder in the third, adding a toss to Reggie Wayne for a 2-point conversion.

Vinatieri's long field goal with 8:05 remaining in the game turned out to be the game-winner.

New England scored on a 6-yard run by BenJarvus Green-Ellis and field goals of 29, 35 and 25 yards by Stephen Gostkowski.

Manning completed 21-of-29 pass attempts for 254 yards, helping the Colts even their record at 4-4.

Matt Cassel was 25-of-34 passing for 204 yards for the Patriots (5-3). Cassel was intercepted once.
