NFL: Cincinnati 21, Jacksonville 19

CINCINNATI, Nov. 2 (UPI) -- Ryan Fitzpatrick threw two scoring passes for Cincinnati Sunday en route to the Bengals' first win of the season, a 21-19 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Fitzpatrick completed 21-of-31 passes for 162 yards and also ran for 52 yards. Chad Johnson caught both scoring passes for the Bengals (1-8).

Cincinnati's Cedrick Benson rushed 24 times for 104 yards and a touchdown.

David Garrard completed 23-of-38 passes for 236 yards and a touchdown for the Jaguars (3-5). Garrard was intercepted once.

Maurice Jones-Drew ran for a touchdown and Montell Owens had a fumble return for another score for Jacksonville.

The Bengals totaled 156 yards rushing. The Jaguars could mange just 68.
