COL FB: LSU 35, Tulane 10

BATON ROUGE, La., Nov. 1 (UPI) -- Charles Scott ran for 114 yards and a touchdown Saturday to lead the 15th-ranked LSU Tigers to a 35-10 win over the Tulane Green Wave.

Jarrett Lee completed 8-of-20 passes for 97 yards with a TD pass to Brandon LaFell, who finished with three catches for 46 yards.

Keiland Williams and Stevan Ridley both scored rushing touchdowns for LSU (6-2), which returns to conference play next Saturday against second-ranked Alabama. The Crimson Tide and Tigers are 1-2, respectively, in the West standings.

Kevin Moore and Joe Kemp split time at quarterback for Tulane, with Moore completing 6-of-11 passes for 44 yards and Kemp hitting on 5-of-12 for 40 yards. Travis Burks got the only touchdown for Tulane (2-6) with a 43-yard interception return.
