NHL: Calgary 4, Phoenix 1

GLENDALE, Ariz., Oct. 26 (UPI) -- The Calgary Flames, led by Jarome Iginla's one goal and two assists Saturday night, registered a 4-1 victory against the Phoenix Coyotes.

The high-scoring right wing recorded his sixth goal in the new NHL season into an empty net with 11 seconds remaining. Earlier, he assisted on goals by Todd Bertuzzi (power play in the first period) and Dion Phaneuf (power play in the second).

Center Brandon Prust scored his first NHL career goal in the first period, while goalie Miikka Kiprusoff stopped 23-of-24 shots for the Flames, who had lost four of five to start the season.

Phoenix's lone goal was scored by Todd Fedoruk (power play) at 18:58 of the first.

Goaltender Mikael Tellqvist was beaten three times on 35 shots for the Coyotes, who had begun the season with two straight wins.

Phoenix was 0-for-3 on power plays. Calgary went 2-for-3.
