
PHILADELPHIA, Oct. 26 (UPI) -- Brian Westbrook ran for two touchdowns Sunday, leading the Philadelphia Eagles to a 27-14 victory against the Atlanta Falcons.
The versatile running back returned after missing two of the last three games with a rib injury, coupled with a season-long gimpy left ankle.
He rushed for 167 yards on 22 carries and added 42 yards on six receptions.
Quarterback Donovan McNabb went 19-for-34 for 253 yards and added 26 yards on six rushing attempts. Rookie wide receiver DeSean Jackson caught three of his tosses for 72 yards
David Akers kicked two field goals in the Eagles' second straight win.
Atlanta's Matt Ryan went 21-for-40 for 270 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions. Wide receiver Roddy White caught both scoring passes and finished with eight catches for 113 yards.
Running back Michael Turner rushed for 58 yards on 17 carries for the Falcons, who have lost three of their four road games this season.
