Vikings' Asher Allen retires at age 24
HAIKOU, China, Oct. 26 (UPI) -- Helen Alfredsson's final-round 7-under-par 65 gave her a three-shot win Sunday in the Grand China Air LPGA tournament in Haikou, China.
Alfredsson was 12-under 204 for the event. She earned $270,000, moving up to No. 5 on the tour money list.
Yani Tseng (68) placed second at 9-under 207. Laura Diaz (72) was third, another shot back.
Karen Stupples, who led when the round began, fell to a 3-over 75 and ended up in fourth place at 209.
