ST. LOUIS, Oct. 25 (UPI) -- Jason LaBarbera made 15 saves while getting his third career shutout Friday in the Los Angeles Kings 4-0 victory over the St. Louis Blues.

Dustin Brown had a goal and an assist for the Kings, who have won three of their last four games. Patrick O'Sullivan, Jarret Stoll and Kyle Quincey also scored for Los Angeles.

St. Louis starting goaltender Manny Legace left the game after the first period with a strained left hip flexor and did not return. Legace allowed two goals on 12 shots.

Legace had tripped on a red carpet while coming into the ice before the game. The carpet had been laid for a pre-game event in which Republican vie presidential nominee Sarah Palin dropped the puck.

Legace was replaced by Ben Bishop, who stopped 15-of-17 shots in his NHL Debut. The 21-year-old, at 6-foot-7, is the tallest goaltender ever to play in the National Hockey League.
