Vikings' Asher Allen retires at age 24
BLOOMINGTON, Ind., Oct. 25 (UPI) -- Ben Chappell passed for 219 yards and one touchdown Saturday to lead the Indiana Hoosiers to a 21-19 victory over 24th-ranked Northwestern.
Chappell also scored a rushing touchdown for Indiana (3-5, 1-4 BigTen). Tandon Doss led the Indiana receivers with eight receptions for 107 yards and one TD.
Tyrell Sutton led Northwestern with 77 yards and one touchdown on the ground (6-2, 2-2). Quarterback C. J. Bacher, who had 64 rushing yards and one TD, passed for just 155 yards and two interceptions.
