NHL: Montreal 3, Florida 1

MONTREAL, Oct. 20 (UPI) -- Francis Bouillon, in his first game of the season, had the go-ahead goal midway through the third period Monday to help Montreal post a 3-1 win over Florida.

Saku Koivu scored for his 600th career point in Montreal's fifth straight win, the Canadiens first since March 2007.

The Canadiens, in their 100th season, have not lost in regulation this season , moving to 5


1. That lone defeat came in a shootout to Buffalo to begin the season.

Tomas Plekanec scored into an empty net and Jaroslav Halak made 35 saves to remain unbeaten at home in regulation (9


1) in his career.

Keith Ballard scored his first goal as a Panther and Tomas Vokoun stopped 31 shots. It was Florida's first loss at Montreal in regulation since Jan. 28, 2003, a stretch of 10 games.
