
PITTSBURGH, Oct. 19 (UPI) -- Sydney Crosby led the way with a goal and three assists when the Pittsburgh Penguins recorded a 4-1 win over the Toronto Maple Leafs.
After assisting on goals by Pascal Dupuis in the first period and Miroslav Satan (power play) in the second, the center scored at 12:15 of the second.
His final assists came on Petr Sykora's power play tally at 13:36 of the third.
Evgeni Malkin was credited with four assists, while goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury stopped 26-of-27 shots for the Penguins, who have won two of three.
Toronto's Nik Antropov scored on the power play at 14:25 of the first period.
Goalie Curtis Joseph was denied career win number 450, after allowing all four goals on 25 shots in the Maple Leafs' fourth loss in a row.
Six of the game's 10 penalties were committed by Pittsburgh.
