CHICAGO, Oct. 19 (UPI) -- Patrick Sharp had two goals and one assist Sunday, leading the Chicago Blackhawks to a 4-2 victory against the Vancouver Canucks.

It was the center's first three-point game this season and Chicago's first win under new head coach Joel Quenneville.

Right wing Patrick Kane also recorded a three-point game with a goal and two assists.

Brent Seabrook scored once, Kris Versteeg also assisted twice, and goalie Cristobal Huet stopped 28-of-30 shots for the Blackhawks, who have won two of three.

Quenneville replaced the fired Denis Savard last Thursday.

Vancouver's goals were scored by Pavol Demitra in the first and Henrik Sedin in the third.

Netminder Roberto Luongo gave up four goals on 26 shots in the Canucks' second straight loss.

On the power play, Vancouver went 0-for-4 while the Blackhawks were 2-for-5.
