PULLMAN, Wash., Oct. 18 (UPI) -- Mark Sanchez threw five touchdown passes in the first half Saturday to lead the fourth-ranked USC Trojans to a 69-0 win over Washington State.

Sanchez completed 15-of-20 passes for 253 yards. Ronald Johnson and Patrick Turner each caught two TD passes.

The Trojans rushed for 362 yards with Broderick Green posting 121 yards and two touchdowns on 18 carries. C.J. Gable had three TDs on 109 yards rushing and Stafon Johnson gained 112 yards on 11 carries.

The Trojans (5-1, 3-1 Pac-10) outgained Washington State 625-116.

Junior Kevin Lopina led the Cougars to just one first down through the first two quarters and finished 6-of-9 for 28 yards with an interception. Logwone Mitz had 52 yards on 19 carries for Washington State (1-7, 0-5).
