
HOUSTON, Oct. 12 (UPI) -- Houston's Matt Schaub ran for a 3-yard touchdown with 3 seconds to play Sunday and the Texans overcame the Miami Dolphins 29-28.
Schaub completed passes of 23 yards to Andre Johnson and 30 yards to Kevin Walter in a drive that led to the winning touchdown.
The Houston quarterback also passed for a score, finishing with 22 completions in 42 attempts for 379 yards. He was intercepted twice.
Johnson caught 10 passes for 178 yards and a touchdown for the Texans (1-4).
Houston's Steve Slaton ran 15 times for 58 yards.
Chad Pennington tossed a pair of touchdown passes for the Dolphins (2-3).
Patrick Cobbs had three receptions for 138 yards and two touchdowns, and Ronnie Brown and Ricky Williams each ran for a score for Miami.
