Tommie Harris' wife dies

DALLAS, Oct. 11 (UPI) -- Rick Nash scored with 21 seconds left in overtime Friday, giving the Columbus Blue Jackets a 5-4 victory over Dallas.
The Blue Jackets allowed a two-goal lead to get away in the final 3:18 of regulation before Nash beat Dallas goaltender Marty Turco off a feed from Jason Chimera.
The Stars, who reached the Western Conference finals last year before falling to Detroit, owned a 2-1 lead going into the third period. But over the first seven minutes of the period, Columbus got goals from Kristian Huselius, Andrew Murray and Derick Brassard to seize the advantage.
Dallas forced overtime, however, when Brad Richards scored with 3:18 to play and Trevor Daley beat Pascal Leclaire with a slapshot 33 seconds later.
