Vikings' Asher Allen retires at age 24

DANVILLE, Calif., Oct. 11 (UPI) -- Winless In-Kyung Kim shot a 3-under 69 Saturday to remain in the lead after three rounds of the LPGA Longs Drugs Challenge in Danville, Calif.
Kim, who led by a stroke after the second round, was at 11-under-par 205 -- one stroke ahead of Angela Stanford, who had a 5-under 67.
Yani Tseng (70) and Mollie Fankhauser (73) were tied for third place at 6-under 210 -- the only other two players who were within five shots of Kim's lead.
Kristy McPherson (71) was six back at 5-under 211.
World No. 1 Lorena Ochoa stumbled to a 74 Saturday and fell seven shots off the lead at 4-under 212. She was tied for sixth place with Sarah Kemp (71).
