FOXBOROUGH, Mass., Oct. 4 (UPI) -- Taylor Twellman and Steve Ralston scored late in the second half Saturday night to help the New England Revolution come back for a 2-2 tie with Real Salt Lake.
Real Salt Lake (9-10-8) built its lead on goals by Javier Morales in the 13th minute and Andy Williams in the 73rd minute.
Ralston scored in the 77th to bring the Revolution within 2-1 and Twellman's goal, unassisted, in the 79th minute helped keep the Revs (12-8-7) in second place in the Eastern Conference -- two points in front of the
Chicago Fire, which plays at Kansas City Sunday.
Real Salt Lake moved into third place in the West, four points behind Chivas USA.
Williams earned a red card after an altercation with New England's Jay Heaps in the closing minutes.
