Former NBA player Orlando Woolridge arrested for theft

VERONA, N.Y., Oct. 4 (UPI) -- Charles Howell III shot a 3-under 69 Saturday to tie 71-shooting Tag Ridings after three rounds of the Turning Stone Resort Championship.
The two are at 8-under 208 with 17 players within four shots of the lead.
Jason Day, who eagled the par-five 18th for a 71, is tied for third place with second-round leader Jeff Overton (73), Kyle Thompson (69) and Brian Davis (69) at 209. Robert Allenby (71) and Dustin Johnson (70) shared seventh at 210.
The second round was completed Saturday morning. Two bursts of hail Friday halted play for almost 90 minutes and the round was called for darkness. The second round ended Saturday and the golfers went out in threesomes off both the first and 10th tees in round three.
