MANHATTAN, Kan., Oct. 4 (UPI) -- Graham Harrell threw six touchdown passes and ran for a TD Saturday while leading eighth-ranked Texas Tech to a 58-28 win over Kansas State.
Harrell completed 38-of-52 passes for 454 yards for the unbeaten Red Raiders (5-0, 1-0 Big 12). Wide receiver Michael Crabtree caught nine passes for 107 yards and two touchdowns and Lyle Leong caught three passes, all for touchdowns.
Shannon Woods ran for 70 yards on 18 carries and Eric Morris added 98 yards on seven receptions, as the Red Raiders rolled up 626 yards total offense.
Josh Freeman hit on 13-of-28 passes for 170 yards and a touchdown and rushed for two TDs for Kansas State (3-2, 0-1). Ernie Pierce caught a 33-yard touchdown pass and returned a blocked punt for a score.
